Shipping zones
Bali pickup is available from the Sky Design stores. Indonesia shipping uses a flat-rate checkout method for small and medium parcels. International delivery is available as a guided quote for selected orders.
Preparation timing
In-stock pieces are prepared from our Bali studio after order review. Most orders are reviewed within one working day; handmade, bulky, combined, or international orders may need manual confirmation before dispatch.
Returns support
Because many pieces are one-of-a-kind, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if something is not right. Items should be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition unless the team confirms a different path.
