Product colours and patchwork placement may vary slightly because every piece is made from mixed fabrics. Prices, stock and delivery estimates are reviewed when an order is accepted.
Orders
Submitting an order places the item into the WooCommerce order flow. We will contact you promptly if a one-of-a-kind item has sold in store before online inventory updates.
Payment
Bank transfer and pay-at-pickup / confirmed delivery are available by default. Online gateway payment can be activated after the chosen provider account and production API keys are ready.
Support-first policy
If a customer needs fit, colour, size or delivery guidance, the team can confirm details over WhatsApp before the order continues.
